Essential functions of the Financial Analyst position:
Prepare management reports and analysis in support of the organization’s actual performance vs. the annual budget and operating plan.
Assist in the budget and forecasting process by developing accurate and concise models and templates utilizing Performance Management software.
Research and assess revenue and expense performance with the Finance Manager and Senior Leadership Team members.
Develop into a Subject Matter Expert for Inteleos’ revenue and expense reporting databases and applications.
Monitor and ensure intercompany transactions between Inteleos’ subsidiaries are correct and timely.

The ideal candidate will have:
A Bachelor’s degree, Certification or equivalent in Accounting or Finance.
Two plus years reporting experience in a departmental function.
Experience with Great Plains, Prophix or other Corporate Performance Management software/application.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel and presentation development skills.
Strong communicator/collaborator with a team-oriented focus.
