The Manager, SEO & Search Strategy will be accountable for driving ADA success through paid Search strategy, day-to-day campaign management, optimization and measurement. The search manager is a data-driven decision-maker, organized, detail and goal-oriented individual with strong business acumen to prioritize effectively and solve business challenges through Search and content optimization. This role will develop the ADA's SEO strategy to improve organic content ranking and user engagement and lead execution for the Integrated Marketing and Communications Division.
Minimum of 5 years of Digital or integrated media planning and/or related fields, including search advertising, digital, social, native and display.
Knowledge of information architecture, web usability, audience segmentation, web governance, and web accessibility standards.
Experience in search marketing and SEO, development of search strategies, development, management and optimization of SEM campaigns.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and oral communications skills, analytical skills.
Knowledge of use of data, content, and technology to influence consumer behavior.
Understanding of SEO best practices to inform content development and support SEM campaign performance.
Ability to easily prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
Ability to adapt thoughtfully yet rapidly in response to changes in internal and external conditions.
Ability to manage stakeholder expectations, coach team members and colleagues in compliance with industry best practices.
Ability to present campaign results to senior leadership, seamlessly balance strategic initiatives and operational functions of the digital team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (WORD, EXCEL & PowerPoint).
Knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Tag Manager, SEO, Google Analytics, and enterprise search platforms.
Highly Desirable Skills:
Experience with usability and UX best practices experience
Social media and email marketing experience
Experience with Oracle Infinity analytics
Experience working in enterprise website CMS such as Sitecore
Experience managing direct reports and coaching peers on Search best practices
