The Association for Talent Development Education Team executes the delivery of 500+ open enrollment courses annually. We work to provide exceptional, impactful, industry-leading learning experiences for our attendees. In addition, our team serves as the liaison to 120+ course instructors around the globe, training room facilities, and countless partners who share in our success.
We are seeking Manager, Facilitator and Partner Relations to oversee and manage the end-to-end process of our Facilitator Integrated Talent Management Strategy. From managing communications to onboarding and training to completing performance management tasks you will be exposed to a variety of responsibilities and have the opportunity to collaborate across the entire Education team to make things happen.
We commit to providing you with broad exposure to the growing training and education world. You will be responsible for managing, supporting and executing all aspects of facilitator strategies.

In this role, you will be an owner of all aspects of Facilitator Integrated Talent Management Strategy (recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, etc.) and you will serve as primary contact for Education certificate international partners and deliveries - including but not limited to the following:
Recruit and oversee the day-to-day management of ATD Education’s global facilitator pool, including:
On-boarding (including contracting and other administrative items) and training new facilitators
Coaching and managing existing facilitators
Serving as the primary liaison between the Education team and facilitators
Participate in a core team continuing to refine a best in practice facilitator strategy, including:
Analyzing and recruiting facilitators in key areas
Maintaining and updating scalable on-boarding and training process
Building a facilitator handbook/documentation
Executing any facilitator compensation strategy and performance management process
Oversee process for bringing face-to-face facilitators online (virtual facilitation training, establishing expectations, monitoring performance, etc.)
Execute all aspects of facilitator strategy
Work with the team to train facilitators on any new process initiatives
Develop and maintaining a facilitator portal community on LMS
Manage the evaluation process and report on program performance data (as indicated through evaluations) to Education team and facilitators
INTERNATIONAL PARTNER MANAGEMENT
Manage international partnerships and delivery schedule
Schedule all deliveries outside of the U.S., excluding China and track their performance (quality and financial)
Work proactively with marketing on all strategies to support partners
Track and manage financial performance
Track and manage program performance
Recruit and support global facilitators
Serve as primary point person with Global Team for all deliveries that are conducted at an ATD Summit/Conference
Support China office education deliveries as needed
Understand market performance to enable making content recommendations that meet each market need
What you bring to this role…
Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Proven written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
At least 5-7 years of experience
At least 3 years of experience in association education, meeting, or training coordination.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
Demonstrated strong business acumen
