Answering phone and email inquiries and evaluating and resolving customer needs. Consulting with staff subject matter experts and connecting customers with an expert when needed and following up to ensure resolution
Processing dues payments, applications, registrations and/or purchases.
Updating client records in association management system; recording client interactions in CRM and working with team lead and manager to identify and resolve inquiries of a special nature or of high frequency.
Identifying clients’ career goals and providing consultation designed to assist them in achieving their goals whether that be the credentialing process, identifying appropriate membership categories, recommending our education knowledge products, and/or any other benefits or services we provide.
Becoming knowledgeable of all products and services in addition to any sales and specials to cross-sell products based on client needs at point of contact.
Processing full scope of membership/credential applications..
Conducting outbound sales initiatives to targeted lists to sell products, courses, and memberships.
As an integral member of our Support Squad, you will be part of a collaborative team tasked with meeting our commitment to above average customer experience and satisfaction.

Your Skills Showcased
To be considered for this role, you need to possess a Bachelor’s Degree or have equivalent experience. We would also like you to have two years office experience in customer service, sales fulfillment, or association-related work. You should also be able to multi-task, speak confidently and clearly, enjoy assisting others, and possess great email writing skills.
