Ideal candidate has a collection of experience in analysis, consulting, research and strategic thinking. Candidate is familiar with dynamics of membership-based associations and takes both a qualitative and quantitative approach to understanding how current (and future) systems intersect with broader team and organization strategy. Should be comfortable working with unstructured information with a demonstrated ability to synthesize analysis into written reports and presentations. Must be skillful in telling (and helping others tell stories) through visualization software or other reporting tools.
Qualified candidates will demonstrate an ability to manage multiple job priorities, work well under pressure, work cross-functionally and have strong attention to detail. A minimum of five years of professional experience in designing and promoting data driven membership programs and resources with demonstrated experience in program development and data analysis is strongly preferred.
