• Minimum of 5-7 years of digital communications experience with 2+ years of management experience, association experience a plus
• Demonstrated experience with driving innovation and creativity in a market
• Must have proven experience with website management and redesign projects
• Must have proven experience with Google Analytics
• Experience with Google Data Studio and Google Tag Manager is preferred
• Demonstrated understanding of user experience, content strategy, design and usability principles
• Experience with search engine optimization, search engine marketing, databases, social media and/or digital advertising campaigns
• Creative with proven experience of digital assets, digital campaigns and digital experiences
• Experience working collaboratively with IT departments in translating strategic business requirements
• Experience crafting market research/intelligence strategy is preferred
• Demonstrated experience collecting data, synthesizing into meaningful insights and disseminating with key audiences
• Experience with data analytics, focus groups, and surveying tools
• Knowledge of association management systems, SPSS and Qualtrics a plus
• Demonstrated team leadership capability and ability to mentor and coach staff
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders, team members and leadership initiatives
• Ability to motivate people, instill accountability and achieve results
• Strategic mindset and independent thinker with sharp analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment while self-directing most daily tasks
• Comfort building relationships with leaders and colleagues across the organization and driving integrated execution from them
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proven ability to independently manage many changing tasks simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
