Description: Collaborates with Manager: Journal Sales to promote subscription sales and licensing for RSNA journals. Maintains and expands subscriber readership and revenue.
Targets potential markets worldwide and assists in the implementation of subscription, sales and marketing plans to increase net revenue. Participates in conferences to gain market insight and promote journals and products.
With Manager: Journal Sales, represents RSNA in contract negotiations.
Actively promotes RSNA journals and products to new and existing customers, identifies upsell opportunities, and maintains high subscription renewal rates. Organizes and conducts subscription renewal campaigns to maintain high subscription renewal rates. Works with vendors to update subscription accounts and identify subscription tier levels.
Assists with online journal access for subscribers and agents.
Maintains relationships with customers, agents and vendors, providing them with exceptional customer service.
Travels on behalf of RSNA to increase exposure and readership of journals, generate sales leads, and present RSNA products and services.
Manages sales and pipeline reports. Serves as the main point of contact for all Journal Business reports.
Maintains inventory of promotional materials, supplies subscription agents with marketing materials, and organizes booth exhibits working with marketing to obtain necessary collateral material, preparing items for shipping, and handles advertising, sponsorship opportunities, and giveaways.
Bachelor's degree required
Knowledge of STM publishing preferred
Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and analytic skills
Domestic and international travel required
