The Senior Manager, Member Services & Chapter Support is responsible for supporting the volunteer chapter leadership, chapter operations, and overall management of membership operations. The position is also responsible for Corporate Membership Program, Career Management Program and services, and affinity programs.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists in developing and executing an annual plan that focuses on membership growth through new member acquisition and the retention of existing individual and corporate members. Tracks and reports progress of acquisition and retention plans. Develops longer-range initiatives to ensure sustainability of membership growth.
Serves as staff liaison to the volunteer chapter leaders, providing them with assistance to ensure successful chapter operations and growth through best practices in governance, programming, succession planning, recruitment and retention. Attends and participates in annual planning meetings and board meetings at local Chapters as requested.
Develops, manages and promotes affinity programs.
Manages the Career Management center, including platform content, programming, job board and resume bank.
Manages the daily workflow of customer service inquiries from members and chapter administrators.
Oversees adoption and usage of CRM by Chapters.
Develops and manages the departmental financial budget.
Participates on various committees or task forces as required.
Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned.
Travel up to 25% required.
