MSHO is searching for a self-motivated and outgoing event support specialist to assist our organization in delivering phenomenal events that build member relationships, generate excitement around our organization, and increase brand awareness. The event support specialist will be responsible for preparing and managing event timelines, coordinating technical aspects, generating interest in events, marketing, monitoring registrations, and other responsibilities as assigned. Your creativity and resourcefulness in organizing and hosting successful events that meet our educational objectives will aid us in promoting our events, engaging with members, and inspiring confidence in our brand.
The ideal candidate for this role should have superior organizational skills, ability to oversee multiple projects, superb people skills, and be creative. The exceptional event specialist should deliver remarkable brand experience for our members and deliver events that meet objectives and exceed expectations.
Experience with project/event coordination for local and regional programs, both pre-event and onsite
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Brings knowledge of creating marketing materials
