The American Bus Association is looking for a professional, member-focused, solutions-oriented, organized, detail-oriented member engagement coordinator. The successful individual will be energetic, creative and a problem-solver.
The successful candidate’s main responsibilities will focus on every aspect of supporting the Association’s members including responding to member queries, invoicing, event support, outreach, database entry, quality service checks, committee coordination and other tasks as assigned.
In addition, the candidate must work well in a team environment as well as independently and have the ability to work closely with association members and volunteers, possess excellent time management skills, and meet multiple deadlines while prioritizing tasks.

Its members operate charter, tour, regular route, airport express, special operations and contract services.
