The Director is responsible for promoting and selling membership, sponsorships and exhibit space.
Plan and execute a strategic producer member sales process.
Strengthen existing relationships with members and implement annual retention campaigns.
Lead efforts with internal departments to identify strategic member prospects.
Collaborate with board of directors and member companies to identify member prospects.
Establish a system to track board member’s recruitment efforts. Provide the necessary follow up and tools to aid in recruitment efforts.
Initiate relationships with state aggregate associations; explore partnerships and/or possible joint membership programs.
Develop recruitment and retention marketing materials.
Staff liaison to Membership Committee and M&S Board of Directors.
Develop new corporate relationships and cultivate existing ones to meet and exceed annual sponsorship goals.
Identify and recruit new supporters and negotiate multi-event sponsorship and event advertising agreements.
Oversee the sponsorship fulfillment process to ensure companies receive ROI.
Develop annual sponsorship prospectus.
Lead exhibit space sales efforts for NSSGA’s AGG1 Academy & Expo.
Develop marketing plan to retain past exhibitors, expand exhibit space and to attain new exhibitors.
Research groups/organizations to partner with to expand exhibit space sales and grow attendance.
Attend competitive exhibitions/events for prospecting and establish/build upon relationships with current clients.
