Coordinating distribution of Accreditation recognition materials.
Maintaining a current website related to accreditation and certification.
Coordinating dissemination of surveyor findings and reports to the Accreditation Subcommittee for review and comment.
Promoting accreditation to current CUC members and the community.
Monitoring other ambulatory healthcare accreditation websites on a regular basis and identifying best practices, opportunities or concerns.
Collaborating with the Director of Standards & Quality to develop collateral materials to assist applicants and promote the program.
Execute an online application/ portal for Accreditation applicants.
Assisting with the development of an online template for reporting surveyor findings.
Supporting committee activities at the director of the department Director.
Other duties and projects as assigned.
Solid organizational skills
Experienced in database management for membership and program activity records
Excellent knowledge and performance in the Microsoft Office suite of software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Ability to multi-task
Excellent customer service, oral and written communication and the ability to work with multiple personality types.
Strong professional and positive demeanor.
Attention to detail and a the ability to deliver accurate work.
Experience managing volunteers.
Non-profit association experience preferred.
2-3 years working experience.
Accreditation or quality experience a plus.
