The American Academy of Audiology is looking for a self-motivated individual to undertake a variety of day-to-day operational and programmatic tasks as the Volunteer Leadership Coordinator.
An excellent candidate for this position is, above all, an organized and competent individual with outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. A high degree of professionalism when dealing with volunteers, leadership, and staff is imperative, in addition to maintaining a positive attitude and healthy team spirit. The goal is to provide the Academy’s membership with the utmost in customer service and to add value to their involvement by providing meaningful opportunities through volunteer leadership and engagement.
The Volunteer Leadership Coordinator will report to the Associate Director of SAA and Volunteer Engagement and will be assigned the following responsibilities:
Management of volunteer database.
Supporting the planning and coordination of volunteer engagement projects.
