The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) has an immediate opening for a highly motivated, innovative membership professional to fill the position of Membership and Chapter Manager of Women In Defense (WID), a proud affiliate organization of NDIA. This position is responsible for the Women In Defense membership program and maintaining WID’s marketing materials. The candidate will also support the Executive Director by leading membership recruitment and retention programs, maintaining the database and communications initiatives with Chapter Leaders. Position reports to the Executive Director and works closely with NDIA’s Marketing, Events, and Program Development departments, with a particular focus on WID’s members. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of three years experience in association membership; work with Chapter membership is a plus.
