The Director of Benefits and Compensation is a member of our Talent Management team reporting directly to the Chief Talent Officer. The Director will develop company-wide Total Rewards strategies through collaborative and creative “out of the box” thinking while ensuring they comply with Thresholds' policies, as well as applicable federal, state, and city laws and regulations. Responsible for leading, developing, and coaching.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborates with the Chief Talent Officer and Benefits team to develop the overall strategy for the agency benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, disability, 403(b) and 401(a) retirement plans, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), transit benefits, FMLA, COBRA and other benefits.
• Works with the Chief Talent Officer and Compensation team to develop a compensation strategy and program which includes bench marking, researching and analyzing market salary data and evaluating internal equity, external competitiveness and legal compliance of Thresholds' compensation practices to ensure effective compensation administration.
• Acts as Project Manager for TM issues related to Mergers & Acquisitions.
