Chapter Relations, Membership, Project Management/Program Development
Supports the department in achieving and exceeding recruitment and retention goals. This position will coordinate programs that create meaningful experiences for members, and which meet the of our membership. This position is also responsible for the integrity of our membership data and maintaining accuracy.
Review chapter websites monthly for adherence to brand standards, ensure content is up to date and relevant, and make recommendations as necessary.
Coordinate the tracking of chapter programs, social events and member meet-ups
Assist with coordination of member meet-ups as needed
Oversee the training of chapter leaders on access to chapter reports
Assist with coordinating Chapter Leaders Forum and Chapter Leaders Retreat
Assist with the coordination of annual chapter member survey
Coordinate membership retention and recognition programs.
Assist with coordinating membership recruitment campaigns
Oversee ongoing development and awareness of membership benefits among current members through a variety of channels.
Create and implement new member orientations both virtually and in person including marketing, materials, format, surveys and coordinating staff and member participation.
Coordinate activity and messaging for online community
Coordinate content for monthly, bi-monthly and quarterly newsletters
Assist with creating the new member orientation program at annual conference
Oversee and maintain up to date membership information on company website
Assist with the coordination of annual membership survey
Assist with monthly membership renewals
Coordinate monthly membership certificates for all international members
Assist with new member welcome calls and correspondence
Oversees administrative details of data, ensuring standardization and accurate maintenance of membership records.
Create and update key statistics to drive membership
Processe changes to membership records. Maintain files/notes for membership correspondence.
Processes demographics updates — correct member records.
Responds efficiently to inquiries regarding membership.
Maintains and updates the procedures for membership and chapter relations.
Writes promotional copy, business correspondence, reports.
Staff liaison support to committees and task forces, as directed.
Other duties as assigned.
Travel to annual conference
Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business Administration, English, or Communications. Experience may be substituted for education. Two years of experience for a member-based organization or not-for-profit association, direct mail and digital communications, member service, and database management experience, preferably with an association, including experience in independently planning and implementing projects.
