The IT Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining a variety of technology systems including digital office software, internal networks, live streaming applications and social media platforms. The IT Coordinator also will assist staff in the use of those systems and troubleshoot problems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain the internal help desk, assisting association staff as needed.
Monitor and maintain the operation of internal networks.
Provide in-house technical support for a range of software, applications and web-based systems
Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director and/or supervisor.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Minimum 2-4 years relevant experience, preferably in an association.
Nature of work requires ability to operate standard office equipment. Requires ability to communicate and exchange information, collect, compile and prepare work documents, set-up and maintain work files.
Work is performed in a general office setting. Position requires availability for extended hours plus non-traditional hours to perform job duties. Some day and overnight travel.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Experience with MS Dynamics CRM (Protech) and other database systems.
Experience with social media platforms.
Experience with Office 365
Experience with Razor’s Edge and Sitefinity, a plus.
Experience with live streaming applications such as GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar
Understanding and knowledge of the operation and maintenance of internal networks
Strong communication and customer service skills, including the ability to assist individuals with the efficient use of systems/software.
Solutions oriented with excellent problem solving skills.
Ability to interact effectively both independently and in cooperative, multi-functional teams in a small office environment.
