The IT Project Manager will be responsible for structuring and guiding the development and implementation of a wide range of technology projects impacting the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop work plans and budgets to guide assigned projects.
Perform ongoing monitoring of technology projects to achieve on time, on budget implementation consistent with project objectives.
Provide in-house technical support and participation as the IT technical expert on multi-functional teams.
Contribute to the development and implementation of project management policies, processes and systems across the organization.
Liaison with external vendors and other technology partners.
Supervise the IT coordinator.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director and/or supervisor.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Some supervisory experience
Minimum 5-7 years proven experience managing a range of IT projects, preferably in an association.
Nature of work requires ability to operate standard office equipment. Requires ability to communicate and exchange information, collect, compile and prepare work documents, set-up and maintain work files.
Work is performed in a general office setting. Position requires availability for extended hours plus non-traditional hours to perform job duties. Some day and overnight travel.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Experience with MS Dynamics CRM (Protech) and other database systems.
Web skills including familiarity with XML, HTML plus DNN platforms.
Ability to work with and mange external vendors.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent project management and problem solving skills.
Experience with Office 365, Razor’s Edge, Sitefinity, a plus.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets and resources simultaneously.
Ability to interact effectively both independently and in cooperative, multi-functional teams in a small office environment.
