Accounting, Administrative, Clerical, Support, Customer Service and Support
The NCSEA Office Manager will operate as the central hub of our operations. This position will provide critical support to every area of the business and coordinate all facets of the operation to ensure stable and consistent workflow. As the business support hub, the Office Manager will:
Redevelop, integrate and maintain our AMS, CRM and database;
Assist in the creation of education offerings and webinars;
perform accounting, finance and bookkeeping tasks including paying invoices and expense reports, entering and tracking customer payments, preparing deposits, generating invoices and tracking credit card activity;
coordinate human resources needs, staff benefits and insurance;
plan meetings and events;
establish and ensure stable and consistent workflow for recurring tasks such as membership dues, rosters and invoicing, and print/digital media sales coordination and invoicing.
The Office Manager will have accountability in every ares of our association's business. It is a dynamic opportunity for an individual who enjoys association work, fulfilling a mission and managing multiple projects at once.

This position requires basic finance, human resources and business operations experience. It is preferable if this experience is within an association environment. This position might require occasional travel and weekend hours.
