AHCA is seeking an Administrative Assistant with a commitment to improving lives by delivering solutions for quality care. This position will be responsible for supporting the Quality, Regulatory, & Research Department with various administrative duties and serving as primary contact for members on various programs.
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred but not required in lieu of experience. 1-3 years of office experience required. Strong computer and web skills required.
The ideal candidate will possess: - Extensive knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Survey Monkey. - Must be able to work with employees at all levels and exhibit excellent organizational and communication skills. - Self-starter who works with little supervision. - Detail oriented. - Handle confidential information. - Previous work experience in an association is beneficial.
