Our program team at Scrum Alliance is dedicated to delivering, managing, and improving various Professional Development programs that help our global membership of business and technical professionals to enhance their knowledge and value in the market place. Our programs include credentialing/certification, continuing education, and business partnership programs.
We are recruiting a Program Coordinator who will be responsible for the administrative support of our programs and program team.
Supports programs through the following:
Communicating with, and providing excellent customer service to, Scrum Alliance members
Processing member applications
Refining standardized communication templates
Program and data reporting
Scheduling global online meetings
Assisting in documentation of processes and work flow
Contributes to the program team and the organization through the following:
Understanding the organizational vision, mission, and strategy
Providing team administrative support
Partnering with the team to identify trends and process improvement opportunities
Providing cross-functional and cross-departmental support and assistance

Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, education or business field preferred
2-3 consecutive years in a support role
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in MS Office Suite with an emphasis on data management in Excel
Demonstrated experience working with volunteer groups and subject matter experts.
Advanced project coordination skills, including competency with the technical tools necessary to support multiple programs.
The following qualifications are highly desirable:
Non-profit and/or association experience
Experience with, or exposure to, continuing education, professional development, Learning & Development and instructional/curriculum design
Proficient with Apple hardware and software
Personal Characteristics/Work Style
