This position carries out the execution of new member sales, conversions and upgrade sales resulting in the attainment of the association’s growth goals. This position will work a “book of business” as a liaison between SBAM and its members by initiating member contact via phone, mail, fax, e-mail, and other broad networking means; occasional travel required.
Candidate must be self-starter that approaches work with a proactive and positive attitude. Position requires excellent oral communication, inter-personal and presentation skills. The ability to manage multiple projects at once, a data driven perspective, and a desire to listen to and serve small business owners are also required. Additionally, candidates must be detailed oriented with excellent follow up skills and desire to provide the highest level of customer service.
Additional Salary Information: Base salary plus commission. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan and paid parking.
