About Asset Management & Association Services, Inc.
Asset Management & Association Services (AMAS) was established in 1993, after the National Association of REALTORS approved commercial overlay boards. The Atlanta Board of REALTORS (now the Atlanta REALTORS Association) took the initiative and was the first REALTOR association in the country to restructure into two separate associations; the Atlanta REALTORS, specializing in residential real esta...te and the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS, specializing in commercial real estate.
In order to be fiscally responsible regarding staffing and facilities for both associations, AMAS was created to oversee all of the administrative and operational functions for these associations and the Educational Foundation.
The AMAS team now consists of 27 outstanding employees who thrive in the association management environment. AMAS has expanded its client base to provide management services for 7 REALTOR associations, the Georgia Institute of Real Estate and our Atlanta REALTORS Center Building. The combined membership for these organizations is now over 12,000 REALTOR members across the state of Georgia and is growing fast.
