United Fresh is seeking an Exhibit Services Manager to lead all aspects of the association's tradeshow exhibitor services, including, but not limited to, website creation and management, show floor logistics, accounting, reporting, and research. The Manager will engage with exhibitors on booth selection, registration, housing, account management, information gathering, as well as manage and delegate production of the show website, decisions on show features and respond to prospective companies interested in exhibit opportunities. This position reports to the Vice President, Business Development & Convention.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with the exhibiting community to deliver first class trade shows across United’s portfolio of Expos including: FreshMKT Expo, FreshTEC Expo, SmartFood Expo and Global Cold Chain Expo.
Develop exhibitor services material to help exhibitors succeed and excel in the trade show environment.
Maintain responsibility for the integrity of the Floor Plan Management System across multiple digital platforms and vendor requirements.
Manage booth reservations, relocations, cancellations and wait list procedures in coordination with the Exposition Coordinator.
Manage relationships with General Service Contractor to ensure all exhibit and trade show floor activities are performed in a timely and professional manner.
Oversee exposition vendors to ensure that all services are delivered in a timely and professional manner.
Create and manage the logistics calendar and project timeline related to Exhibitor Services.
Coordinate with marketing team to build new exhibit programs, services, affinity programs and ensure they have all pertinent information necessary for promotional and press release materials.
Three to five years’ professional experience, with previous association and/or tradeshow experience preferred.
Experience building and maintaining relationships with key clients and a passion for customer service.
Ability to interact effectively and appropriately with individuals of various professions and cultures.
Professional attitude and demeanor in representing the association.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Motivated and energetic team player who also has the ability to work independently.
Willingness and ability to travel.
Proficiency with Microsoft office.
Experience with Adobe Acrobat; A2Z experience helpful.
