Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Business Management or related field (graduate degree preferable) plus a minimum 10 years of management experience in planning, development and implementation of complex programs or projects, preferably in professional societies/trade associations and/or international relationships; with a minimum of 7 years managing people. Architectural, legal or AEC industry background in education and/or experience is strongly preferred.
