The Household and Commercial Products Association, Inc. (HCPA) is the premier trade association representing companies that make and sell $180 billion annually of products used for cleaning, protecting, maintaining, and disinfecting in homes and commercial environments is searching for an innovative and enthusiastic Membership Manager to join our team.
The Membership Manager is a new position at HCPA. The manager will be responsible for recruiting new members, retaining current members and increasing members’ participation in HCPA events and programs.

Working with the Communication team on member activates
College degree is required
Two years to five years of working for an association in the membership departments
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Track record of successful member development
Strong project management skills: very organized and detail-oriented, ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines
Strong written and oral communication abilities including presentation skills
Strong customer service orientation
Competency with MS Office and database applications
Ability to work as a team
