Candidates for the Certification Exam Developer position will work with subject-matter expert (SME) volunteers to lead and guide the exam revision/creation process to maintain existing and building new IICRC technician examinations.
Candidates must possess strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently on concurrent processes and projects to meet established goals, deadlines, and quality standards, strong interpersonal, teamwork and diplomacy capabilities, desire to work in a fast-team paced environment, willingness to provide superior customer service to all IICRC constituencies.
Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills required. Working knowledge of database programs, internet, Microsoft suite required. Experience in working with committees and SME volunteers. Fluency in written and oral English language. Proficiency in Spanish, French or Japanese a plus.

Minimum three (3) years of full-time work experience in a similar role with a certification organization or similar, with a record of successfully collaborating in a team environment and working with subject matter experts. Bachelor’s degree in relevant area. Experience working for non-profit and/or association environments preferred.
