The American Supply Association, a national non-profit trade association located in Itasca, Illinois, has an opening for an Education Programs and Services Administrator. This position will be responsible for the maintenance and administration of the support resources of ASA University including the day-to-day operation of the association’s learning management system.
Learning management system (LMS) support
Learning course loading/integrity, updating training tracks, maintaining learners and course enrollments
Support of training coordinators and learners with platform utilization
Support of online course instructional design
Support course integration across company platforms and create process mapping
Identify methods to improve use of LMS and course completions
Perform routine cleanup of LMS
Assist in review, testing, and implementation of LMS updates and enhancements
Work with LMS provider to troubleshoot problems
Course ordering support
Track feedback for future training development needs.
Maintain current education resources such as job descriptions, assessment metrics, and curricula on the ASA website.
Input new courses into online store/database; maintain master inventory of courses
Provide administrative support to all ASAEF Committees and task groups
Track and maintain various departmental activities
Assist with sales and marketing efforts
Administrative responsibilities, such as phone coverage, mailings, etc.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite.
Innovative and energetic self-starter; fast learner with the ability to multi-task.
Attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and high degree in accuracy in task completion.
Able to work independently with some direction.
Professional and friendly manner in working with ASA members and staff.
First-rate grammar and writing skills.
Interest/experience in e-Learning and LMS software helpful.
