Primary contact for all inquiries from members and non-member, whether by email, telephone, walk-in, or regular mail.
Processing new member applications.
Reconciling agency reports with database.
Updating physical and email addresses in database.
Monitoring membership engagement in AFSA events and initiatives.
Responding promptly to all inquiries received.
Managing production of membership mailings.
Certifying post representatives and maintaining records of all representatives.
Querying AMS database for inaccurate and missing information.
Managing membership renewal processes.
Overseeing membership benefits program, including seeking new options and maintaining current benefits.
Assisting with membership recruitment events.
Performing other related duties as required.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
The incumbent must have excellent working knowledge of Abila’s Netforum association management software (AMS). Please do not apply for this position if you do not have Netforum experience.
Experience in a member-based organization.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma required.
