The Edison Electric Institute (EEI), the association that represents all U.S. investor-owned electric companies, has an outstanding opportunity for a Manager, Benefits & Human Resources.
The Manager is responsible for benefit plan financial reporting, audits, and Form 5500 preparation. Other responsibilities include directing the administration of benefit plans, supporting the annual comparison of benefit plan options, preparing salary and benefit budgets, and serving as payroll backup. The Manager will also assist with the annual GAAP audit, including the preparation and analysis of schedules for the Form 990 filing. In addition, the Manager will prepare and conduct benefit presentations to staff, including upper management.
The successful applicant will have:
College degree in a related field.
Minimum of five years of experience with benefit plan administration.
Proficiency with benefit/payroll systems. ADP experience is a plus.
Proficiency with MS Office. Strong Excel skills are essential.
Ability to effectively multitask and produce results in a limited timeframe.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills.
