The Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA) seeks a qualified candidate for the position of Part-Time Membership Coordinator within its Membership department. The primary goal of the Membership Department is to increase the overall membership of the Association through recruitment of new members and retention of existing members while helping to deliver exceptional customer service. The Membership Coordinator works in tandem with other staff and reports to the Vice President of Membership Marketing. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing membership data and ensuring accurate entry of all member records, interacting with potential and existing members via phone and email, responding to member-related inquiries internally and externally, and processing membership applications.

Ideal candidates must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to represent the membership department in a polished and professional manner is a must. Candidates must demonstrate technical proficiency in all MS Office Suite software and are able to learn new technologies quickly. Knowledge of ClearVantage or other association management software is highly preferable. Degree from a four-year university or college is preferred.
