The Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC) seeks an experienced membership coordinator to serve as the primary representative on the Member Services Team, processing membership payments and updating records in our iMIS database. The Sr. Membership Coordinator will ensure that all APIC members and customers receive timely, accurate, and friendly responses; find their problems resolved and their needs anticipated, and receive additional information to enhance overall customer satisfaction. The primary focus of this position is on accurate and timely processing of batches, including applying payments to member records and updating member demographics.
The successful candidate will have a bachelors degree with 2-4 years progressively responsible experience in membership, customer service, or a call center, have experience with computer databases, in particular iMIS.

Ability to work with and maintain the confidentiality of data and information
Ability to effectively communicate with relevant staff on issues relating to customer service and achievement of departmental goals.
