Create a marketing strategy and implement the plan to drive demand in support of key CTA growth initiatives. Design and manage a lead generation and nurturing program to grow exhibitor revenue, recruit new members and sell CTA Market Insight products. Work with CES Sales, CTA membership and Market Research to grow key market segments, expand into new markets and retain and develop existing business.
Critical Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Sales to develop high impact B2B demand generation strategy designed to achieve revenue targets.
Design and implement Marketing programs to achieve revenue and retention goals.
Collaborate with CTA Membership team to design and implement lead generation and nurturing to help grow membership.
Lead initiative to create a lead generation program to drive sales of CTA Market Insight products.
Run demand generation program and campaigns leveraging communication, content marketing, thought leadership, whitepapers, events and speaking engagements.
Identify and create plan to expand new market initiatives to ensure the best targeting and execution mix to reach new audiences.
Optimize demand generation mix of digital and traditional channels.
Develop understanding of buying process for various market segments and identify relevant interaction points.
Own funnel analysis to optimize lead flow through various stages of the buying cycle.
Develop a sales enablement program and create sales tools to help Sales drive CES deal closure.
Partner with Sales to support ad hoc customer requirements for marketing solution and information.
As part of a team, develop and execute exhibitor outreach plans for CES Asia.
Other duties as required by business needs.
8-10 years' of marketing experience with emphasis in digital marketing techniques and practices.
3-5 years' in Marketing leadership role.
Proven track record with measurable results in B2B demand generation programs.
Expertise working across multiple organization group and project leadership.
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business or a related field preferred or commensurate experience.
Extensive team experience desired.
Understanding of marketing strategies, tactics, and tools used to drive demand.
