To work with staff and external clients to fulfill the company’s need for video content on its digital outlets and to accommodate the A/V responsibilities for live events. To operate and maintain functions relating to the integrated A/V control system, video recording, video production, streaming, live recording, webcasting, video conferencing, audience response system.

Manage the video production needs such as recording and editing to accommodate the marketing and education initiatives within the organization
Handle all aspects of video production including concepting, planning, setup, shooting, editing, and distributing
Work with ASGE staff and clients to manage A/V needs for events, including courses, meetings and rentals
Coordinate AV setup and operation for the full duration of the events which requires being on-site during evenings and weekends.
Work closely with Operations Staff, Conference Services, Lab Managers, and Education Team in managing AV activities such as setup, take down, and post production to ensure a smooth experience.
Provide attentive, accommodating, professional, technical, and out of the box support to our clients, which include renowned physicians and medical experts, in a time sensitive, confidential, fast paced environment.
Demonstrate exemplary customer service skills, positive professional image, approachable personality, positive relationships, and willingness to go the extra mile.
Plan and provide smart solutions and sound business cases for developing and growing ASGE programs with video and AV technology
Advanced proficiency in using, troubleshooting, revising presentations that include audio, video, graphics, special effects.
Bachelor’s degree in a related/applicable field of study.
Minimum two years of professional experience with video production and A/V systems.
Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop
Compression rates, video and audio codecs, frame rates
Professional Video and DSLR cameras, audio recording; green screen shoots and lighting
Handling all aspects of production from video concepts, to shooting and post production
Concepting, storyboarding and planning videos with a thorough understanding of visual and narrative style.
Operations of AV equipment such as Room AV management systems, PTZ cameras, lecture-capture hardware, microphones, amps, switchers, distribution systems, projection and flat screen displays, signage.
Microsoft Office 2016 suite, especially Microsoft PowerPoint presentation version 2016. Specifically, with resolving presentation issues and reformatting presentations.
Portable and fixed projectors including troubleshooting and basic maintenance.
Audience Response systems.
Web and Video conferencing technology.
The operation of a lecture-capture recording system, and systems associated with video storage and deploying recordings to the associated web portals.
Troubleshooting and repairing AV equipment.
Network and information security.
Wireless network environment; familiarity with RUCKUS family of equipment preferred.
Windows 10 operating systems.
Mac operating systems.
Supporting iOS and Android mobile devices.
Data cabling infrastructure including coaxial and fiber optic
Internet video transmission/broadcast.
Project management, organizational, written/oral presentation and problem solving skills are critical
Interacting with clients in a service role.
Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure timely response to all inquiries regarding Audio Visual needs.

Ideal candidate will possess knowledge of video solutions within the event production industry. Ability to work with and troubleshoot simple to complex video systems is required, with a proven track record of successful shows in the corporate or medical environments. We are looking for an individual who works well in a team. Candidate needs to be able to successfully interact with clients on site, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Candidate must have at least 2 years of professional experience in the corporate AV and events world. A professional appearance is a must for this position.
