The Association for Middle Level Education (AMLE) seeks a Membership Coordinator to join our team. AMLE is a non-profit membership association located in Westerville, OH. With a membership of more than 51,000 middle level educators—primarily teachers, principals, and teacher educators—we are the premier association focused on the educational and developmental needs of all students ages 10-15.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate new member processing and orientation
Maintain and update membership directory database
Maintain and update membership tracking tools for renewal and payments
Address any member needs with excellent customer service
Collaborate with AMLE membership and marketing teams on the creation and execution of strategies for print and digital communications
Administer membership renewal process including invoicing, phone calls, faxing, emails, and record maintenance
Maintain adequate membership supplies
Coordinate and participate in various events (Conference, workshops, etc.) as requested
Support membership marketing initiatives to ensure they are timely, and implemented and executed effectively
