Position Description, Responsibilities and Qualifications:
The Managing Director for Membership and Programs leads a team and provides oversight and project management for education programs, products, and services for the professional development of school nurses. The individual in this position researches and creates specifications for new products and manages the development of products from inception to launch and evaluation.
In addition, the Managing Director for Membership and Programs develops and implements systems, processes, policies, procedures, and customer service protocols that support the organization’s mission and strategic priorities.
Completed bachelor’s degree in nursing; master’s degree in nursing preferred; work experience and certifications in project management and product management required; skills required include excellent communication, customer service, detail oriented, team collaboration, proficient with Microsoft Office products, i.e., Word/Acrobat/PowerPoint/Excel/Access, and project management tools.
