The Division of Life Support Programs works to advance science and research in pediatric life and create and collaborate on innovative and life-saving products that support diverse audiences in the first line of response. The Life Support Assistant will manage assigned Life Support course databases and all instructor and provider communications, provide programmatic and administrative support for assigned programs and initiatives, and assist with projects and activities related to the development, implementation, and evaluation of assigned live and online courses, seminars, Webinars, and other educational activities.
Qualified candidates will be a high school graduate or equivalent (some college coursework preferred), 2 years general administrative and/or customer service experience required, including database maintenance, experience with meeting planning, maintaining web site content and publishing production assistance preferred, excellent writing, organizational and communications skills required, experience with web site maintenance software (ie, Sharepoint) highly desirable, and occasional travel and overtime may be required.
