Seek individual to lead the operations of a growing $5 M/ 17 staff association. Responsible for oversight of financial, administrative and human resources operations; reports to the President & CEO. Serves as the staff liaison to Board Treasurer, Investment Committee and Audit Committee. Responsible for developing organization budget and business plan and tracking its performance.
Requires a demonstrated senior-level track record of success leading financial and administrative operations; a relevant advanced degree (MBA and/or CPA preferred).
