The Graphic and Web Support Manager will help develop and maintain ISRI’s websites, digital/web content, and print collateral with on time and brand-coordinated efficiency. Candidates need experience with information architecture, content strategy, website design, SEO, and analytics, as well digital marketing. Experience with video desired.
Candidates must have proficiency in desktop publishing software (Adobe Creative Suite--PhotoShop, Illustrator, & InDesign) in a PC environment. Should be able to handle multiple assignments under the pressure of tight deadlines; be detail-oriented and organized; able to follow creative direction; and take instructions for edits and changes. The candidate will support marketing efforts with the development of print and digital creative deliverables.
An ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of current web and mobile best practices and how to use those communication technologies to get results such as delivering member value, increasing visibility of programs and products and services. Successful candidate will have 7-10 years’ experience managing web and graphic projects of increasing complexity. The candidate will play a key role in the communications department, as well as work with other departments to help with their design needs.
Knowledge of content management systems, electronic design and production methods, web development, graphic design and mobile design principles
Expertise with HTML, CSS, jQuery, JSP, CMS, and related software used in the building of online and digital communications (Dreamweaver, Flash)
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Experience with Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience designing and creating email templates, banners, and landing pages
Ability to work on multiple projects at once while meeting tight deadlines
Ability to work with staff at all levels in a collaborative, cross-departmental environment
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
Demonstrate high degree of personal initiative, especially with respect to problem solving
Telecommuting is allowed.
